Veteran restaurateurs Imrun Sethi, Sunny Sara, Ritik Bhasin and Ranbir Batra recently launched Terttulia in Goa, after Pune and Mumbai. The all-day restaurant and bar offers a wide variety of soups, sandwiches, salads, tapas and more. Gorge on a fresh smoked salmon sandwich or some scrumptious tiger prawns, or head to Terttulia’s inhouse liquor and literature library for a drink and delicious read.

Situated across a cliff facing Ozran beach in Vagator, Badmaash is a stunning location for your next boozy brunch. Helmed by restaurateurs Rohan D’Souza, Hitesh Keswani, Praveena D’Souza and Dean, Blue Turtle is a coastal and breezy new all day eatery in Morjim.
