About Indy

Indy Hospitality is a hotel management and consulting agency based in Goa, India. We specialize in operations, management and development of independent upscale resorts and hotels. Currently, we manage Boutique hotels across Kerala and Goa and with additional properties under development. As a hotel management company we create a tradition of excellence with our portfolio of boutique properties that speak to discerning guests and hotel owners alike.

Indy Hospitality is an Albuquerque Venture who have many years of experience with the Alcon Victor Group Goa which own and operate the Radisson Blu Cavelossim, Radisson Candolim, Novotel Dona Sylvia Beach Resort and Mercure Devaaya , with experience in the field of transitional hospitality management and a team of professionals with extensive experience working closely together. Our managers are selected for their leadership qualities and represent our mission to deliver to owners, team members and customers.


Indy approaches and operates each Hotel/Resort as their own and with a total dedication to excellence, which is reflected by each employee on every level. Every potential property is carefully evaluated by Indy Hospitality through a method developed and tested over years of experience. We partner with architects, engineers, and contractors who share our passion for excellence.


We offer end-to-end hospitality solutions right from concept development, space planning, to operations, sales and revenue management. Our properties are managed by utilizing sophisticated and appropriate practices which in turn deliver returns on investment for the owners while keeping our guests happy in the best traditions of the hospitality industry.
