GOAN PRAWN CURRY
This Goan delicacy is made with coconut milk, prawns and a potpourri of spices - keeping alive the legacy of Dona Palmira's famous recipe. Dive into this smooth and creamy textured curry that pairs wonderfully with white rice or warm Goan "Pao" (bread)
CHICKEN CAFREAL
Originating in Mozambique and fine-tuned by the Portuguese, the cafreal marinade blends cilantro, tamarind and other fresh herbs and spices to deliver a spicy, sweet and tart flavour. We marinate the chicken overnight to let it imbibe all the goodness and cook it to perfection.
