Cancellation Policy for any confirmed booking
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- No Cash Refunds.
- 4-7 days prior to check-in date will be subject to 01 night retention charge of the booking amount.
- Cancellation for the X’Mas and New Year Period not applicable & full retention will be charged.

- All bookings will be confirmed subject to 50% advance payment and full payment to be made prior to check-in.
- The Hotel Management reserves the right to cancel any provisional reservation made where in no advance payment has been received, without informing or giving notice to the booking party upon expiry of the specified provisional booking period.
- Any increase in government taxes from the rates quoted will be payable and difference will be adjusted at time of check-in.

- 12 yrs and above – Adult (Only 1 extra adult will be allowed per room with applicable charges.)

- 01 child below 6 yrs is free (sharing room with parents without extra bedding).
- All Children 6 – 12 yrs will be charged 50% of extra adult rate (sharing room with parents without extra bedding). If extra bedding is required then extra adult charges would be applicable.

- To ensure smooth check-in/check-outs, kindly inform in advance any late night or early morning check-ins/check-outs.
- Booking of specific room numbers is on request only and is not guaranteed, and at the discretion of the management and availability.
- Check-in time is from 1300 hrs onwards. Check-out is at 1100 hrs. Early check-ins and late check-outs will be permitted subject to availability of rooms and on paying day charge.
- Late check-out from 1200hrs to 1800hrs at half the daily room rate, thereafter a full night’s room charge is applicable subject to availability.
- In case of an early departure the hotel has the right to charge a minimum one night and a maximum of 100% of the total room night actually booked.
- No refund will be given in case if the guest skips any facilities or inclusions of their package.
Please note all rates, where ever seen, are based on availability and are subject to change without notice.

(The identity proof would include a valid Driving license / voter identity card / PAN card, etc. Valid Passport is mandatory for all Foreign guests), No refunds will be given if guests are unable to complete check-in formalities due to lack of necessary documents for all persons (children are exempted).

- In order to maintain the Swimming Pool hygiene, please take note that we ONLY permit NYLON or LYCRA fabric as swimming costumes for the Ladies, Gents & Children. The Gents has to compulsorily wear a proper swimming Trunk. Undergarments / Bermudas / Sports shorts / T–shirts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the swimming pool.
- Outside Eatables / Food & Alcoholic / Non Alcoholic
- Beverages STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere in rooms & resort premises.
- Photos of rooms are only indicative and actual rooms may vary in view, design or décor. Pet Policy
- Pets (cats & dogs only) are welcome in the Hotel. Smoking Policy
- Only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel.
